Tanda tanya (Question Mark) digunakan untuk kalimat tanya langsung. 
Contoh :
What is your name ?
How old are you ?

Tanda tanya (Question Mark) tidak digunakan dalam kalimat tanya tidak langsung. 
Contoh :
Silva questioned whether I borrowed her book.
Syifa asked if I thought her sister was kind.
